The unstable ground of the now
Present unfolds as a grid of interruptions — a vertical terrain of signal and noise. Smalti tesserae flicker between black and white, structured and broken, recalling language systems on the edge of collapse. Embedded glyphs and color slips suggest a message that is constantly forming, never resolved.
